Taizu is the product of Chef Yuval Ben Neriah’s culinary journey through Southeast Asia. The trip introduced him to all the textures, colors, spices and flavors of the area. These inspirations later became the foundation of Taizu. The street food Chef Yuval Ben Neriah tasted in Asia also inspired the creation of his dishes; which have all been designed and tested to perfection.
